Guillermo (Bill) Santiago represents owners and developers in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of real property and real estate projects.  His practice includes focus on the areas of development and condominiums, representing clients in matters relating to the development and redevelopment of properties and formation and operation of residential, commercial and mixed-use condominiums, including the preparation and filing of offering plans with the New York State Department of Law and the sale of condominium units.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and The George Washington University Law School.
